WAJIT SUBANG DALAM KENANGAN


PEMBUATAN WAJIT SUBANG

Meneruskan posting yang sebelumnya. Taukah anda bagaimana cara membuat Wajit yang terkenal dengan rasanya yang khas ini?
setelah kita ketahui apa saja bahan membuat wajit yaitu :
  • Beras Ketan
  • Gula Merah
  • Kelapa
  • Gula Putih
Cara membuatnya sangatlah mudah :
Perlu anda ketahui untuk membuat wajit di perlukan wajan yang ukuran besar. Sangatlah sederhana membuatnya. Semua bahan dicampur dalam wajan, tambahkan air secukupnya. Setelah itu aduk hingga halus, waktu untuk mengaduk adonan tersebut cukup menghabiskan waktu, yaitu sekitar 3 jam. Setelah adonan halus, dan sekiranya cukup lekat dinginkan adonan tersebut.
Sekitar 1 jam adonan didinginkan, setelah itu bungkus adonan menggunakan daun jagung yang telah dikeringkan, bungkus adonan dengan porsi yang telah ditentukan.
Wajit Subang siap disajikan.
